Sonic walk guided by the artist Salomé Bazin, 2026

Waterbodies is a poetic experience led by Salomé Bazin, reconnecting to rivers as living bodies deeply interconnected with our own. The sound of rivers have a profound physiological impact of us, soothing our nervous system and calming our heartbeat.

The project explores how deep listening to rivers and symbolically connect to the territory as a living body, could allow us to symbolically heal one another, remembering the waters that we are from.

Below the Santa Giustina dam, the river re-emerges and enters a dramatic canyon landscape leading to the ruins of a medieval hermitage. Explore with all your senses the river’s journey as it carves its way through the valley, carried by field recording and the artist’s voice. Pause beside the water and listen for the pulse of a river finding its rhythm once again. As the path unfolds ahead, reflect on how landscapes and communities can heal through time. A unique poetic experience into an ever evolving landscape.

📆 How to book

Go to the project webpage to book the event, there are two slots open: one on 3th of October, the other one on the 10th of October. The event is free but with a limited capacity of 10 people for each slot, it will be the main opportunity to discover this magical place and part of the territory. Feel free to share the link to contacts or colleagues who you think might be interested. Once you have booked the event you will be given access to the Waterbodies app, with further detail on the walk.
