📲 How to use UranIA

To use UranIA, you must add the service to your museum admission ticket.

  • If you book online: you will find a direct link to the UranIA WhatsApp chat in your electronic ticket. Open it when you are at the museum and enter the ticket code to start the experience.
  • If you purchase at the ticket office: you will receive a QR code to scan to access the WhatsApp chat. Enter the code on your paper ticket to get started.

⚠️You must have WhatsApp installed and active on your smartphone.

Once you are in the WhatsApp chat with UranIA, type the code in this format: Ticket#ticket-code

UranIA requires significant computing power and therefore consumes resources. To limit its impact, we have decided to restrict its daily use. Check the museum's opening hours to see when UranIA is available.

📲 How does UranIA work

Not yet. UranIA is still completing its learning process. For now, it is familiar with certain areas of the museum (spread across all six exhibition floors) marked with its symbol.

UranIA has been trained by MUSE's scientific staff to provide answers based solely on verified scientific sources. Furthermore, no other AI knows MUSE's exhibition rooms as well as UranIA. Unlike the AIs you are used to, UranIA will not try to answer every question, if the answer is not within its knowledge base.

No. UranIA will only respond to scientific questions on topics she has been trained on.

To offer dedicated, personalized support tailored to the interests and needs of each visitor.
Every visit to the museum will be a unique experience.

UranIA does not provide guided tours or educational workshops and does not overlap with the activities of scientific staff. Rather, it acts as a personalized assistant, capable of adapting to the questions and interests of individuals, families, or groups, without imposing pre-established tour itineraries.
