Information for blind people

Blind people can visit and touch
the museum exhibits with the guide of a pilot,
an expert who explains what there is in the museum.

Blind people can bring their guide dogs
into the MUSE, so that
they can visit the museum on their own.

TACTILE MAPS.

On each floor of the museum, on the left as you go up the stairs,
there is a panel with a tactile map.

A tactile map is a relief drawing that you can touch.

The map shows how the space is organized
and what is on the floor.

On each map are texts written in braille,
so even people who are blind or visually impaired
can find the information to find their way around the museum.

The tactile maps were made in collaboration with cooperativa Abilnova and Progresso Ciechi Onlus Association and with support from Zobele by kdc/one.
