​​​ Graduated in Natural Sciences at the University of Padua, proceed with a Master of Science in Paleobiology from the University of Bristol (UK).
He deals with the study of vertebrates and terrestrials ecosystems around the range Permian-Triassic.
He worked as an assistant in the laboratory of Animal Evolution of Prof. A. Minelli (UniPD) and collaborates with the Museum of Natural Sciences of South Tyrol, the Geopark Bletterbach and Adamello-Brenta, the Dolomiti UNESCO Foundation, University of Padua and Turin and “Universidade de Sao Paulo”.
In 2010 he was professor of the course “Processes and evolutionary mechanisms” at the University of Padua. Since 2008 he collaborates with the Science Museum of Trento where, from 2013, he is a curator of Paleonotology.
He is also curator of the gallery of History of Life of the new Muse and is co-author of traveling exhibitions, such as “Dino & co.” and “DinoMiti, fossil reptiles of Dolomites”.
