On the Dawn Treader with Darwin

Sail with us to discover nature

When, 150 years ago, Charles Darwin proposed his theory of evolution as a natural explanation to life forms changing over time, the Western way of thinking was shaken in ways similar to those occurred with Newton and Galileo in the 17th century.

Today, two centuries after his birth, the formulation of the evolutionary theory appears as resulting from the contribution of many scholars that over time, still confirming the original Darwinian ideas, thus pushing a remarkable development in various fields of science.

On the basis of these and other considerations the exhibition on the Dawn Treader with Darwin was conceived - an exhibition entirely dedicated to children, with spectacular images placed in an immersive and evocative environment.
