This voluntary process allows you to verify and improve staff management policy, by adopting management tools that promote a cultural and organizational change, so to implement policies of staff management oriented to the well-being of its employees and their families. In 2012 the Museum subscribed to the project.
Family Audit consists of a wide survey within the Organization to identify goals and initiatives to help reconciliate family and work. The participation of employees in your organization becomes a core value to set conciliation needs and propose solutions.
